Not long ago, I gifted my friend Robin with an easel and some canvases, having seen or rather sensed, there were stories and themes that were silently screaming to be expressed through her artistry. But the true gift she received was from the Lord, who placed within her a talent of which even she was yet unaware and was yet untapped in any significant way. Since that time, I have been blown away over and over again with each new painting, and I have run out of adjectives to describe her awesome work.

Robin created a painting for me from a photo I sent her. It is a remarkable painting of my grand daughter in an old train. It has such amazing detail and she captured the scene and my grand daughter in a lovely moment. I will always treasure this painting and it’s hanging in my home, bringing attention whenever friends enter.

Under a microscope, one can observe 1,000 levels of light and dark, 100 levels of red and green, and 100 levels of yellow and blue. Consequently, each time there is an ocular observation of luminosities there are ten million chromatic possibilities (1000 X100X100). Add to this the shades and tone of feeling that migrate from the mind, heart and hand of the artiste, and the color receptivity of the viewer, masterpieces are concocted with each stroke of the brush. I have observed the giftedness of this artist named Robin; and expectantly I anticipate the prospect to discern new meaning in the colors, tones and shades in God’s palette; allowing me to appreciate them in a distinct way as I experience the multivalent imagination of the Creator.

I am beyond amazed as I watch Robin’s healing journey expressed through her paintings. I am so proud of her, as she shares her private journey with others in the hopes to inspire and encourage other women through what can become a daunting process. She is extremely creative, artistic and a very talented artist. Who knew when God urged her to began to paint, she would be able to create a platform that would ultimately serve others. May God continue to bless her, as she blesses others toward their healing journey.
